every piece is made to order, one at a time, when you buy it. that means we don't hold inventory and we can't restock a returned item — so we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.

please check the size guide before you order. if you're between sizes or unsure, message us and we'll help you pick.

if something's wrong, that's different. damaged, defective, misprinted, or the wrong item — email questions@c2gcreative.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. no return shipping needed.
